Lesson 14 / 25
Citations and Source Analysis
Find which pages and domains assistants cite and use that to guide your content and outreach.
Follow the sources
Where an assistant shows sources, record every cited URL. Group them by domain and type (your site, a review site, a forum, a news site, an encyclopaedia). This reveals what the assistant trusts in your category. If review sites and forum threads dominate, your priority may be a strong presence there, not another blog post. If competitors' guides are cited for "how to" questions, create a better, clearer guide. Track which of your own URLs are cited and which are never used.
Save the answers
Store the full text, citations, date and settings of every test run. Without the raw data you cannot explain a change later or check a tool's numbers.
