Reliable, maintainable transpilation setups के लिए strategies।
Transpile configuration को minimal रखें
केवल वह transpile करें जो आवश्यक है। आधुनिक browsers को अधिकांश transformations की जरूरत नहीं है। Minimal config = faster builds, smaller output।
Type checking को अलग से use करें (TypeScript या Flow)
Type safety के लिए Babel/SWC पर rely न करें। वे type checking को skip करते हैं। CI में tsc --noEmit का उपयोग करें। Transpilers केवल syntax को संभालते हैं।
Documentation और team alignment
अपने transpiler choice और configuration को document करें। Ensure करें कि team members समझते हैं कि क्या transpilation होता है और क्यों। Clear setup surprises और bugs को कम करता है।
Transpilation को CI के हिस्से के रूप में test करें
Source पर नहीं, transpiled output पर अपने tests को चलाएँ। Release से पहले transpilation bugs को पकड़ें।
Version locking और reproducibility
package.json में @babel/core और plugin versions को lock करें। अलग-अलग versions अलग-अलग outputs produce कर सकते हैं। Transpilers के लिए exact versions (~) का उपयोग करें।
